
Order Processing Timeline
We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Currently due to high demand and operating with a reduced staff in order to keep our employees safe, you may experience delays.
Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States and Europe. Standard shipping is around 5-7 business days.
Orders placed on US Federal Holidays will go out the following business day.
Orders will be shipped using a third party, any delays due to Weather, Mechanical or other unseen events will not be eligible for money back.
Orders that are shipped with incorrect shipping addresses will be charged with a re-shipping fee. Please double check all shipping address that you may input at the check out process.
Return Policy
All purchases made through our website are final. Colors may vary from image on website. We do offer replacement for product that is damaged upon arrival.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your headband arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you.
📩 To start a return or replacement, contact us here and include a photo or video of the issue along with your order number. (Returns, if approved by Shakabands, are not processed on the same day they are received.)
Lost Packages
If your order seems to be lost in transit, reach out no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll help track it down or send a replacement if necessary.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We’ll notify you once we receive the return and confirm your updated shipping details.
Unclaimed Orders
Unclaimed orders that are returned to our facility will be held for 30 days. After that, they may be donated to charity. Reshipping is available at your expense.
Returned by Customer
If you’d like to return an item, please reach out before sending anything back. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing, but we’ll work with you to find a solution.
